Attention theatre fans: Angelo Civic Theatre’s production of Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella opens tonight: Friday, Sept. 4.

The production stars Kristin Capps in the lead role, who has a very pleasing voice. Reagan Oaks stars as the Prince; Omba Kipke as the King, Margaret Pfiel as the Queen, Barbara Coleman as the Stepmother, Delorah Latham as Portia, Hera Olson as Joy, and the lovely Trina Medellin Delgado plays the Fairy Godmother.

Plenty of fun activities for the family slated this month at local museums.

Families are in for a wonderful experience at the upcoming Family Day at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts. This year’s theme is “Curious Collectors!”

Exhibits part of the 41st Annual San Angelo Ceramic Symposium.

The 26th San Angelo North American Ceramic Competition exhibit on display until June 21.

“Art for Lunch” at noon and “Sips with Seth” in the evening.
