Enrollment for new and returning students in San Angelo ISD is now open for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

Students have greater opportunities to explore their passions through Career and Technical Education, STEM labs, fine arts, and athletics. We provide the support and resources to help you succeed in your future endeavors.

Enrollment can be done through any web browser or smartphone. Parents can upload required documents such as a birth certificate, proof of residence, Social Security card, and immunization records in PDF, JPEG, and other standard formats.

Returning Students – Verification of Enrollment

Parents and guardians of returning students need a username and password for their PowerSchool Parent Portal account to verify and update their child’s enrollment information during the upcoming online enrollment period.

Please complete the “Returning Student Verification Form” to confirm or update your child’s information. This ensures the District can reach parents during emergencies, such as weather or safety issues, and collect essential medical information. If any details have changed, have the necessary documentation ready, including your child’s doctor’s contact info or insurance details.

To create a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, click here, select the “Create Account” tab, and follow the prompts on the screen. Use the same email address that is already on file. For more information about creating a parent account, visit the PowerSchool Parent Access page on our website. If you need assistance, please contact your child’s campus.

How to Access the Form

Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account at https://saisd.powerschool.com/public/

For help creating or logging into your parent account, visit saisd.org/parentaccess.

Select the Returning Student Verification Form from the left-side menu.

Complete the form for each returning student, and switch between students using the top-left corner of the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Change the form’s language by clicking the globe icon in the upper-right corner.

New to San Angelo ISD Students

Parents of new SAISD students will complete a “New Student Registration Form”. Students who must complete the New Student Registration Form include:

  • New pre-k and kindergarten students
  • Students who are new to San Angelo
  • Students of any age/grade who will be attending a SAISD school for the first time
  • Students who are returning to SAISD after attending another school district

Parents can determine which school their student is eligible to attend by entering their address into these attendance boundary maps. This information will be helpful when completing your “New Student Registration Form.”

For more information and attendance zone maps, follow this link.
