The public is invited to share their thoughts on plans to improve the downtown city river parks.

Residents are encouraged to provide their input on the Downtown River Parks Master Plan during this meeting.
The City of San Angelo has contracted with SWA Group to lead the design project for the future of these parks. A public meeting will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, May 18, at the McNease Convention Center, 501 Rio Concho Drive.
The team is tasked with gathering valuable feedback from the public and exploring innovative ideas aimed at enhancing and reimagining the park spaces along the Concho River.

The main issue is that the park maintainece dept is under staffed. They cant keep the parks we have nice and neat. I would say starting with their budget to help increase the workforce should be of upmost importance.
