The San Angelo School District is once again serving free summer meals through its Summer Food Service Program, providing free meals to all children ages 18 and younger.
The meals provide essential nutrients for active, growing kids, and to participate, they just need to locate a site near their home and show up during the designated serving times.
No registration is required, and no proof of income is needed.
Meals are being served at the Southside Boys and Girls Club and Reagan Elementary, and more elementary schools are joining in, starting on July 6, with most serving weekdays through July 30.
The sites and their specific serving dates and times are listed on the San Angelo ISD website. Note that all sites are Walk-in and Dine-in sites. There is no grab-n-go or take-out option at the ISD sites.
