Some giant visitors will be spending about a week in San Angelo this April, as the famous Budweiser Clydesdales visit San Angelo April 6-13.

As they tour around town that week, they will be distinguished guests at the Fort Concho Living History Stables.

The majestic horses will have several public times to pull the wagon, with the Fort Concho event scheduled from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, when the team is scheduled to leave the Stables on Flipper Street, making a brief excursion around the neighborhood.

*For safety during the drive-around time, East Ave D will be closed from Oakes to near Burgess; Flipper will be closed from Wool Street to Burgess. Guests can park across the fort on South Oakes or in the parking lots off Flipper Street at Oakes.
