Editor’s Note: This is our first publication of “Let The Record Reflect”, a weekly publication of civil suits and criminal indictments filed in Tom Green County District Courts and Federal Court.

The purpose of publishing this information is to keep the public informed about the operation of the local civil and criminal justice system. In particular, the number and type of cases being filed, cases brought by the state or that may potentially deal with matters of public interest. Arrests, misdemeanor offenses, family law matters, bankruptcies and other such cases will not ordinarily warrant publication absent unusual circumstances.
