On Saturday in downtown San Angelo, as the annual “Run In The Sun” foot race and the Fishing Derby were taking place, the San Angelo Fire Department’s Ladder One crew set-up at the intersection of Twohig Avenue and South Chadbourne Street.
We didn’t want to interrupt their operations to ask any pesky questions about what they were up to, but we did stop a couple of minutes to snap a few photographs these firefighting professionals and their gleaming machine.
