Blooms Abuzz at I’ntl Waterlily Collection

Saturday morning, as the last bit of cool morning air burned off around town, the Concho Observer dropped in on San Angelo’s renowned International Waterlily Collection, where local pollination experts were busily buzzing around every kind of bloom in the park.

The waterlilies are exploding with color, and the assortment of native and curated species make for a wide variety of colors and petal shapes.

The collection can be seen at Civic League Park, 2 S. Park St.
