Owner Lawrence Heim showed off the massive laser cutting machine thats the backbone of the operation to members of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce and Concho Cadre at his ribbon cutting last week. Heim says that he can cut just about any metal stock up to three-eights of an inch. Inside the building, he has lots of decorative signs on display, but the practical uses might surprise you.
While Heim says fine tolerance machining would still be required for some parts, he says he can replicate lots of shapes and sizes for part making, due to the highly precise kerf of the machine, or the amount of material the laser itself moves while cutting.

Heim says he is and ready to go to work on gate signs, custom metal posts/pedestals/street numbers, or business signs, with or without LED backlighting. Custom light fixtures, brackets, and prototypes for commercial or light industrial uses. He also says he can replicate many obsolete or hard-to-find replacement parts.
Besides that, he says he can work with computer design files, along with a collection of premade patterns and designs to choose from. Go on down and give the shop a visit.
