A new chapter in Lake View High School’s history will soon get underway, and district officials have invited the community to celebrate the milestone with students and staff from 5-5:30 p.m. Aug. 26
The ceremony will mark the beginning of several campus improvement projects made possible through the voter-approved Bond 2025 program.
Improvements include new construction, additions, and renovations designed to enhance learning opportunities and provide modern, functional spaces for students and staff with Career and Technical Education (CTE), a new music hall dedicated Mariachi, athletic facility improvements and locker room renovations, and more.
According to a statement from the district, the improvements represent an investment in the future of Lake View High School, preparing students with hands-on skills for college and careers, supporting fine arts and athletics, the projects will create learning environments designed to meet students’ diverse needs and interests today and for generations to come.
Lake View High School is located at 900 E. 43rd Street.
