Burn Ban Lifted
Tom Green County Commissioners Court moved to lift the county-wide burn ban on Tuesday, since most of the area received some rainfall last week.
Noting that there were some windy days in the forecast, they urged anyone needing to burn to take every necessary precaution, but they agreed to lift the ban for at least a week.
Burning within the San Angelo city limits is always prohibited.
