The 110th annual banquet for the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce will be celebrated with a Kentucky Derby theme Feb. 26.

The banquet is the highlight of the Chamber’s year, and the evening’s activities will include the presentation of the prestigious Citizen of the Year award, along with other special awards and recognitions.

According to a social media post, Chamber members are invited to an event celebrating community, tradition, and southern charm, with a Kentucky Derby theme. Organizers say the motif will make guests feel as though they’ve stepped into the Winner’s Circle of San Angelo and guests are encouraged to wear their Derby best.

The presenting sponsor for the this year’s banquet is City National Bank.
