The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts in partnership with the San Angelo Hispanic Heritage Museum & Cultural Center and The Mexican American Museum of Texas, presents Texas Tamaladas: A Family Tradition, an informative showcase of essays and photographs from families across Texas about gathering together with loved ones to make tamales.
Join us for live music and tamales at the opening reception in the Grand Hall of the museum on Friday, November 21st from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
This event is free and open to the public.
After the opening reception, the Tamalada display will be open to visitors until November 30, during regular museum hours.
