May Day Protest Planned

Organizers with West Texas Indivisible’s San Angelo chapter will stage a protest from 4 – 6 p.m. in Spanish Park, 704 S. David St., to highlight International Workers Day on May 1, and they are urging supporters to make signs that will be visible to the late-afternoon rush of traffic by the park.

The group says the event will be a peaceful non-partisan protest, and all are welcome. To learn more about Indivisible nationally, click here.
