SIGNAL BOOST

From Concho Valley Community Action Agency

CVCAA serves families and individuals across 11 counties who are struggling to make ends meet. Many are working households that still cannot afford basic needs like rent, food, and clothing. In our service area, over 16,500 people live in poverty, that’s 14% of the Concho Valley. By meeting immediate needs and providing long-term support, CVCAA gives families the tools to rebuild their lives and break the cycle of poverty. Your support makes this work possible.

One of our most impactful initiatives is the Concho Valley Rock Rose Community Campus. This campus will serve as a central hub for empowerment offering education, workforce training, and wraparound services that help families move from crisis to stability.

Mike Burnett presents a site map of the proposed Rock Rose Community Campus.
This 12 acre lot on West 14th Street is the proposed site for the Rock Rose Community Campus in the near future, with 25 “tiny homes,” 54 “micro homes,” gardens, a dog park, food pantry and exercise area. The Campus is a proposed a long-term solution for locals struggling with homelessness.

At Rock Rose, neighbors can be housed, access financial literacy classes, job readiness programs, and personalized case management, and more all designed to create lasting change.

It’s more than a building – it’s a place where hope takes root and futures are rebuilt. Now, you can be a part of that too! Together, we can make a lasting impact—one individual at a time. Thank you for your continued compassion and support.

If you donate by December 31, your generosity will be recognized in a special way:

  • $100 donors receive a Rock Rose Pin as a token of appreciation.
  • $500 donors will be featured in our annual report, and receive a Rock Rose Pin
  • $1,000 donors will receive an engraved paver at the Rock Rose Campus, creating a lasting legacy of hope, + previous benefits
