Kickoff Party 2 at the North Branch Library begins at noon, 3001 N. Chadbourne St., featuring chalk art, dictionary art, henna and a visit from Therapaws.

The day’s events will conclude with “Creations in Color” at the Angelo West Branch from 3-4 p.m., 3013 Vista Del Arroyo Drive.
