Larry Miller, the incumbent City Council Member for SMD 6, filed for reelection to the San Angelo City Council yesterday. If reelected this will be Mr. Miller’s second four year term on the City Council. Miller served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force and taught for ten years after retiring from the military. He is the only candidate who has filed for the race so far.
