The Tom Green County Junior Livestock Show opens tomorrow as 4H and FFA participants show their hard work Friday and Saturday at the San Angelo Fairgrounds, and this year features a new Promenade of Champions event, where winners from each species will be honored together.

According to a news release from Texas A&M Argilife Extension Agent Caleb Kott, schedule highlights include:
Friday
- 3 p.m, – Market Goat Show – weigh-ins and check-ins for multiple divisions
- throughout the day
Saturday
- 8 a.m. – Swine, Rabbit, & Lamb Show
- 8:30 a.m. – Broiler Show
- 10 a.m. – Heifer Show
- 4 p.m. – Promenade of Champions

The TGCLA Premium Sale & Buyer Appreciation Dinner will take place Jan. 24.
The Tom Green County Junior Livestock Show is a longstanding county tradition supported by volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. The event celebrates youth exhibitors and emphasizes leadership, responsibility, and agricultural excellence.
All events will be held at the San Angelo Fairgrounds, 200 W. 43rd St., including the Gandy Ink Livestock Barn and other fairgrounds venues.
