A flood relief concert will begin this Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Margaret’s of Scotland Church, featuring six local artists. All proceeds will go to the San Angelo Area Foundations relief fund, and Catholic Outreach Services. Bring a lawn chair, and watch out for rain as weather is expected to be varied this weekend.
