OBITUARY
Donald Keith Howell, 54, of San Angelo passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Howell was born on August 20, 1971, in Milwaukee, WI. He graduated from San Angelo Central High School. He was a roofer for over 20 years. Donald liked tinkering with cameras and other electrical devices. He was a beautiful person, loved having fun and playing practical jokes on everyone.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Evans Howell of San Angelo; his daughter, Samantha Howell Schlather and husband, D. J. of San Angelo; a son, Dustin Howell of Pennsylvania; his biological mother, Ethel Foster of San Angelo; and three grandchildren, Houston, Harlow, and Jensen.
