Three Concho Valley organizations are joining to host a forum for local political candidate beginning at 6 p.m. Monday evening, Feb. 23.
Conexión San Angelo, NAACP Unit 6219, and the Minority Alliance Network Organization (M.A.N.O.) will be hosting the forum, which is open to the public and will feature candidates vying for Texas Senate District 28, Tom Green County Commissioner for Precinct 2, County Court at Law No. 1, and Tom Green County Clerk.
The event will take place in the Sugg Community Room of the Stephens Central Library downtown in the Hughes Building, 33 W. Beauregard Ave. and will be streamed live on Conexion’s Facebook and TikTok accounts.
Early voting for the primaries opened on Feb. 17 and runs through Friday, Feb. 27.
