OBITUARY

With grace, strength, and unwavering faith, Beverly Kay Martin Sinclair entered the arms of her Savior on November 28, 2025. Born on March 12, 1941, in Snyder, Texas, Beverly lived a life devoted to family, faith, and service.

On November 11, 1959, she married the love of her life, Jimmy Sinclair, at the Presbyterian Church Chapel in Big Spring, Texas. Together, they built a life grounded in love, laughter, and community, raising their family with dedication and faithfulness.

Beverly’s faith was central to who she was. She gave her life to Christ as a teenager at First Baptist Church in Big Spring, and for more than 30 years was a faithful member of Robert Lee Baptist Church, where she served as church clerk for two decades and, alongside Jimmy, worked with the youth. She also found joy and fellowship in many Bible study groups; her beloved Bunco, and Pegs & Jokers circles, the 64th Study Club, and the Friends of the Robert Lee Care Center.

Her servant’s heart was evident in her community leadership. Beverly proudly served as a board member for Robert Lee ISD for over 15 years and was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star for nearly three decades, serving as Worthy Matron and later as District Deputy at the state level.

Beverly’s greatest pride was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her grandsons: Robert (Robby) and Brook Sinclair of Beebe, Arkansas; Cody Sinclair of Sherwood, Arkansas; and Austin and Danielle Sinclair of Searcy, Arkansas. She leaves behind her precious great-grandchildren: Emma Sinclair (and her mother, Dara Sinclair) of Austin, Arkansas; Xander and Bella Sinclair of Beebe, Arkansas; Asher Sinclair of Sherwood, Arkansas; and Layla and Cooper Sinclair of Searcy, Arkansas. She is also survived by her niece, Debra Royal of Granbury, Texas; her nephew, Chuck Claxton of Colorado; and many cousins, extended family, “bonus kids,” and “bonus grandkids” who brought her joy.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmy Sinclair; her daughter, Diana Malloy; her son, Jim Sinclair; her grandson, Jimmy Todd Sinclair; her parents, E.B. and Hilda Martin; her sister, Lynelle Claxton; and many brothers and sisters in Christ who have welcomed her home.

Beverly treasured her wide circle of friends and chosen family, who were an extension of her heart. Among them are Ricky and Becky Ross, Mason, Rumour, Huxton, and Baby Ross, Jared and Meagan Cappers, Wes and Farrel Jean Washam, Jamie Washam and J. Vance; Rick and Katie Drennan, Ethan and Kodi Daniel, and Corbin Drennan; Jerry and Camille Prince; DeLana Smethers, Michael Smethers, David Smethers, Lacy Dudley and Kenzlee Boyd, and Rick Malloy.

A Celebration of Beverly’s Life was held at Robert Lee Baptist Church, Sunday, November 30, 2025. Pastor Chris Walls, Pastor Danny White, and Pastor Cory DeVivo officiated. She was interred at Robert Lee Cemetery.

Beverly lived her life with a warm smile, an open heart, and a steadfast faith. She leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and encouragement that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.

In remembrance, memorial donations may be made to Robert Lee Baptist Church, Friends of the Robert Lee Care Center, Child Care Worldwide, Faith in Christ Ministry, Masters Peace Ministry, St. Jude’s Hospital, or an organization close to your heart.
