OBITUARY
Abraham Lucio was called to his eternal home by the Lord on December 27, 2025, in San Angelo.
He was born October 31, 1959, in Lubbock, to the late Feliciano and Lillie Lucio. He was a skilled bricklayer who cherished every moment spent with his family making unforgettable memories. Abraham’s greatest passion in life was his work in masonry and his family. Abraham will always be remembered as the life of the party, always had a smile and had a great sense of humor. His memories will always be treasured in our hearts. Abraham was preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank Lucio; sisters Paula Lucio and Maria DeLeon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Sulema Lucio; his sons Abraham Lucio, Jr. and Angel Rios; his daughters Cindy Rios, Ramona Rios and Lillie Lucio all reside in San Angelo; his brothers Chris Lucio, Gabriel Lucio and Feliciano Lucio; his sisters Elvia Rivera, Nina Ramos and Norma Spivey; his grandchildren Abraham Lucio III, Martin Valadez Jr., Nicolas Capellan, Jeremiah Rios, Zachary Arredondo, Giovanni Gamboa, Alexis Lucio, Ava Lucio, Adrian Lucio, Synvie Samarripa; and one great-grandson Jayden Rios.
Prayer services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels North, 1002 North Oakes Street, San Angelo. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Gutierrez Chapels North followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery.
