If you missed last week’s performance at ASU, see Trio Aurora at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts.
If you missed last weeks performance at ASU, Trio Aurora will perform Opus One, pairing the works of Ludwig Van Beethoven and Clara Schumann, at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts: Sunday, November 9 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM in the Grand Hall of the museum.
Resident piano trio at Angelo State University, Trio Aurora brings together three dynamic performers and educators: violinist Dr. Fagner Magrinelli Rocha, cellist Dr. Daria Miskiewicz, and pianist Dr. Eun Mi Lee. Known for their expressive interpretations and engaging stage presence, the trio performs a wide range of repertoire from beloved classical masterpieces to contemporary works.
This program pairs Beethoven’s passionate Piano Trio in C Minor, Op. 1, No. 3 with Clara Schumann’s lyrical and powerful Piano Trio in G Minor, Op. 17—a landmark work that highlights her brilliance as both a composer and pianist.
Admission is $15 General Admission, $8 Seniors and Military, free to students. Season passes can be purchased for $84. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite and in the SAMFA Gift Shop and include exhibits access on the date of the performance. Light refreshments will be provided.
