Sheriff Identifies Dead Man Near Christoval

According to a news bulletin on Tuesday morning, the Tom Green Co. Sheriff’s Office has identified the individual found deceased near the Mineral Wells Crossing close to Christoval.

The bulletin stated that the body had been positively identified as Abram David Clark, 39, of Christoval.

Clark was discovered around noon on June 5 near where Mineral Wells Road crosses the South Concho River.

According to authorities, the man had been reported missing several days earlier, and was found with a gunshot wound.
