OBITUARY

Monique Christiane Fromager Keen, age 74, passed away at Shannon Hospital in San Angelo, on January 16, 2026, surrounded by her family. Monique was born on February 10, 1951, in Belfort, France.

She is survived by her step-father, Sandor Vegh; her three children: son San Macario Sediño, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth Sediño; daughter Angelique Cervantes and her husband, Arturo Cervantes; daughter Casandra Calderon and her husband, Rolando Calderon; her seven grandchildren: Kandra Hernandez and her husband, Ryan Hernandez; Jared “JJ” Sediño; Jonah Sediño; Joseph Cervantes; Amaya Cervantes; Domenik Calderon; Zachary Calderon and his wife, Maddison Calderon; as well as her three great-grandchildren, Eliyana, Ariella, and Izabella Calderon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elisabeth Nickel and Julién Fromager; her husband of twenty-three years, Fred Keen; and her great-granddaughter Paisley Calderon. 

The family will honor her memory privately.
