Estela was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. One of her greatest joys in life was serving our Lord in heaven. She was known as a devoted servant of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she served as a Guadalupana and Eucharist Minister, which she took immense pride in.
Another of Estela’s greatest joys in life was caring for others, and this was shown by all the lives she has touched throughout her lifetime. She has raised and shaped the lives of three generations. Her greatest joy were her grandchildren and great-grandkids. She loved them so much and helping raise them brought her so much joy in life. She played such a huge role in their lives, and they truly were so blessed to have her.
Estela loved listening to music, dancing, and cooking. Her smile and infectious laugh will truly be missed.

The family would like to show gratitude to St. Gabriel’s nurses and staff for the care they provided to our loving mother. A special “Thank you” to Tammy, Sherri, Donna, Brittany, and Oneida, who hold a special place in our hearts. We would also like to give special thanks to her caregivers Johnnie McKeown and Marsha Lopez.
“Her children rise up and call her blessed;
Her husband also, and he praises her:”
Many daughters have done well,
But you excel them all.”
Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands,
And let her own works praise her in the gates.”
Proverbs 31:28-31
