Local vendors opened for business at Fort Concho on Saturday and Sunday for the Concho Valley Vintage Market.
Jaton Hampton who organized the two-day market promised the event would feature an interesting variety of vendors offering affordable, quality vintage art, décor, clothing, and collectibles, alongside retro-inspired items and hand-crafted goods.

Vendors from all around West Texas; like Tea 2 Talk About, who sold a Hybiscus and Lemon Blend or Cucumber Margarita blend green teas. Original paint parties, art, and furniture by Milagro’s Miracles, where she teaches you painting techniques. Fresh macarons by Red Heifer, who makes every ingredient from scratch. They’re all regular vendors around town, so keep an eye out!

A portion of the proceeds will benefit “Bunk and a Prayer,” a non-profit organization providing beds to those in need. Organized by Sierra Vista United Methodist Church, the ministry is focusing on people in San Angelo who lost their beds during the floods earlier this summer. Organizers said that the event was well attended, with all the buildings packed yesterday.
