Twin Mountain Fence

Krystl Leann Garcia, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, at the age of 43. She leaves behind a legacy of vibrant love and laughter that will forever resonate with all who knew her.

Born on February 19, 1982, in Brownwood with her twin brother, Matthew Dela Rosa, Krystl was raised by Frances and Daniel Hannan. She shared her life with her partner, Juan Munoz.

A Life Lived to the Fullest

Krystl lived a very happy and successful life. She was a 1999 graduate of Central High School then went on to Angelo State University where she achieved her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2006. Krystl was the light of every room she entered, known for her beautiful voice, wowing fragrance, and her passion for living life to the fullest. She was constantly on the go-dancing to music, supporting the Dallas Cowboys, and cruising with the sunroof open and the music playing. Working out was her form of self-care. She was affectionately known by many nicknames, including Kweetle Rock, Mami, Momma, Toxica, and Ring Leader.

Family and Loved Ones

Krystl’s greatest devotion was to her children-her “Pride and Joys”-Holli, Sean, and Julianna (J) Garcia. She prioritized them above all else, making it her duty to attend every activity, from games and recitals to graduations and pageants.

Krystl will be deeply missed by her twin brother, Matthew Dela Rosa and his wife Stephanie, and her niece and nephews, Brianna Garcia, Noah Perez, and Tristan Dela Rosa. She is also survived by a large and loving family of aunts and uncles: Rudy & Patsy Dela Rosa, Kathy & Geoff Tate, Paula & Rick Jennings, Joey & Norma Dela Rosa, Anette & Robert Lee, Julian Dela Rosa, Noemi Salazar, Janie Perez, and Emma Dela Rosa. Krystl was preceded in death by her parents Frances Dela Rosa Hannan and Daniel Hannan and grandparents, Julia and Pablo Dela Rosa.

We lost an outstanding woman whose warmth and enduring spirit had a forever lasting impact on many. Krystl will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be missed by all who will forever celebrate her life.

The family of Krystl Leann Garcia thanks you for your condolences.
