Items of interest on the agenda include:
- Approval of $162,000 grant to Concho Valley Paws for animal rescue services, or consider in-house program for such services.
- Various appeals and zone change or variance requests.
- Approve modification of TIRZ award of $44,063.14 to add paving and safety to gymnasium at 216 W. 5th Street.
- Abandon alleys and right of way at 528 Veck Street, and 47th, 48th and Crockett streets.
- Rezone properties at 611 N. Jackson and 610 N. Van Buren form single family residence to low-rise multi-family residential.
